The interior of the upcoming seven-seat, Skoda Peaq EV has been revealed, just days before its official launch on June 23, 2026.
In a series of recently released interior design sketches, the Czech carmaker’s all-electric flagship looks to adopt a minimalist aesthetic combined with a logical, passenger-centric approach.
“Skoda puts the customer at the centre, designing a seamless user experience that connects the usability of the physical seven-seat interior with the digital experience around it, ensuring intuitive interaction and reducing complexity,” explained Chan Park, the brand’s head of UX and interior design.

The Peaq’s Volvo-style, vertical infotainment screen is a first for Skoda, while the floating centre console is designed to keep clutter to a minimum. Meanwhile, physical switchgear for the climate control, audio settings, and various undefined “vehicle functions” has made a comeback.
According to Skoda, the “ergonomically designed armrests support the use of the vertical display while integrated magnetic wireless docks ensure efficient smartphone charging.” The Peaq’s interior promises to be built with Skoda’s signature practicality in mind, by combining “comfortable and durable materials” with “easy-care finishes”.
In Skoda’s EV hierarchy, the Peaq will sit above the recently launched entry-level Epiq and the EV Powered favourites, the Elroq and Enyaq.

Upon arrival, the Peaq is expected to be priced from around £46,000 and will compete directly with other seven-seat SUVs, including the Peugeot E-5008, the Mercedes GLB, and the Kia EV9.
Earlier this month, Skoda issued a series of exterior design sketches of the Peaq. It will be the second car fully designed using the brand’s minimalist ‘Modern Solid’ design language, which was introduced with the Elroq last year.
It also adds T-shaped headlights connected by a frame-like loop motif, derived from the Skoda Vision O concept. The brand’s exterior design chief, Karl Neuhold, described its aesthetic as “timeless”.
