Leapmotor UK sales begin, with T03 priced from £15,995
Leapmotor has started selling its EVs in the UK. Its all-electric T03 supermini costs £15,995, while the larger C10 SUV has an asking price of £36,500.
The TO3 is Leapmotor’s challenger to the budget-driven Dacia Spring and more expensive models such as the Citroen E-C3. In addition to its ‘value without compromise’ outright price, it is also available from £199 per-month with a £199 deposit over a four-year lease period.
The Polish-built Leapmotor T03 is available in one trim level. Nonetheless, it is well equipped thanks to a 10.1-inch infotainment display, keyless go, a 42-inch panoramic sunroof with an electric sunshade, an 8-inch LCD drivers’ display, 15-inch alloys wheels, heated electric mirrors, and all-round electric windows. Tthe Leapmotor T03 offers a range of up to 165 miles from its 37.3kWh battery.
Like the T03, the Leapmotor C10 is available in just one trim level. Leapmotor’s rival to the Škoda Enyaq, Hyundai Ioniq 5, and Kia EV6 is available from £399 per-month with a £399 deposit.
In terms of equipment, the Leapmotor C10 gets plenty of standard kit including electronically-operated heated and cooled frontseats, 20-inch wheels, a heated steering wheel, and a 12-speaker hi-fi. The car’s infotainment system and driver settings can be accessed via a 14.6-inch HD central touchscreen, and a 10.25-inch instrument cluster. Its ambient lighting system can be synchronised with music.

Thanks to a 69.9kWh battery, the Leapmotor C10 can achieve up to 263 miles of range from a single charge. It also earned a five-star safety rating from Euro NCAP.
Damien Dally, Leapmotor’s UK managing director, said: “These exciting new electric cars epitomise our bold mission to be the best value EV brand in the UK by delivering the highest level of specification and the highest level of technology, as standard. We believe customers shouldn’t have to compromise on quality for affordability and that this is truly a value without compromise proposition for UK car buyers.
“What makes Leapmotor unique is we’re backed by the extensive and experienced Stellantis UK retailer network and aftersales care, which in turn guarantees unrivalled peace of mind for customers. The combination of our cutting-edge technology, exceptional specification, value for money and an established dealer infrastructure means that, unlike with other car brands joining the UK market, buyers will not be taking a leap into the unknown when choosing a Leapmotor.”
Automotive giant Stellantis owns 51% of Leapmotor, and is responsible for bringing the Chinese automaker to the UK market. This partnership will make Leapmotor part of the Stellantis dealer network with 44 retailers nation-wide from when sales start. By the end of 2025, there are set to be over 80 Leapmotor dealerships across the country.
