Steelie-shod Leapmotor T03 LCV van arrives as last-mile delivery van in Europe
The Leapmotor T03 LCV van has debuted in Europe with a sub-€15,000 starting price and a loading capacity of up to 220kg.
Aimed at small businesses specialising in last-mile and inner-city deliveries, the T03 LCV measures up at a compact 3.6 metres long and 1.6m wide. Despite its dimensions, Leapmotor’s debut minivan packs 657 litres of cargo space and a 220kg maximum payload capacity.
The Leapmotor T03 shares its 37.3kWh battery with its city car sibling, which has a range of up to 160 miles on a single charge. The van supports DC fast charging up to 45kW, translating into a 30% to 80% top-up time of 36 minutes.

Like all Leapmotor models, the T03 LCV is well equipped. An eight-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.1-inch central infotainment screen, a multi-function steering wheel, and air conditioning come included with the €14,590 (roughly £12,700) starting price.
Other standard kit includes integrated navigation, 4G connectivity, voice control, over-the-air software updates, and a full suite of driver safety features. Meanwhile, the Leapmotor app allows fleets and drivers to pre-condition and track the whereabouts of their TO3 LCV.
With order books now open, the T03 LCV is available in three colours: Caribbean Blue, Light White, and Canopy Grey. Irrespective of colour, each one will be built at Stellantis’ Turin factory and ride on 15-inch black steel wheels.

Deliveries will begin this summer in select mainland European markets, but Leapmotor has yet to confirm whether it will launch the T03 LCV in the UK.
Leapmotor is the latest manufacturer to enter the LCV market with a converted passenger car. Last month, Renault revealed a one-off Twingo van, while Volvo brought the trendy EX30 Cargo to market. Most recently, Ford announced a commercial version of its Explorer SUV.
The T03 is the latest in a blitz of new electric-only Leapmotor models for 2026. This year will mark the arrival of the Stellantis-owned Chinese brand’s B05 hatchback, its B10 SUV, and its Renault 4-rivalling B03X in Europe.
