Tinder has swiped right on Formula E for a second time. Having signed up as ‘Official Sparking Connections Partner’ of the 2026 Hankook London E-Prix earlier this year, the dating app is now releasing a content series built around three of the quickest women in motorsport.
Called ‘Ready. Set. Spark’, it stars Britain’s Abbi Pulling, Germany’s Sophia Flörsch and Spain’s Marta García. Episodes begin rolling out from today on Tinder’s UK, German and Spanish Instagram and TikTok channels.
The format is hardly complicated. Each driver takes the wheel while an all-women line-up of presenters asks candid questions about love, life and racing, with the answers delivered through high-speed corners.
Filming took place across two race weekends, the 2026 Hankook Berlin E-Prix and the season finale in London. British fans will next see the championship on home soil when the London E-Prix moves to Brands Hatch from the 2026/27 season.
None of the trio needs a dating profile to pad out the CV. Pulling is the 2024 F1 Academy champion and a rookie and simulator driver for Nissan’s Formula E team, having previously run for Nissan at the all-women test in Valencia. She is also the first woman to win a GB3 Championship race, in the series where she currently competes.
Flörsch is an Alpine Academy driver and the first woman to score points in the FIA Formula 3 Championship. She is also test and development driver for the Opel GSE Formula E team, the works outfit from the brand UK buyers know as Vauxhall.
García won the inaugural F1 Academy title in 2023 before switching to endurance racing with the all-women Iron Dames squad.
Tinder says the numbers back up its interest. Motorsport mentions on the app rose 1,164% over the course of 2025, while women make up 49% of Formula E’s audience.
The tie-up is the first between Formula E and a dating app, and Tinder’s first step into motorsport of any kind. The company describes it as a deliberate choice to enter a historically male-dominated space.
Paolo Lorenzoni, VP Marketing EMEA at Tinder, said: “We wanted to do more than simply show up in motorsport, we wanted to create something that reflected why this partnership made sense in the first place. Formula E shares Tinder’s belief that everyone should feel empowered to show up, challenge convention and make their own move.
“With ‘Ready. Set. Spark’, we’re putting some of the sport’s most exciting talent in the driving seat and giving people the chance to see the personalities behind the helmets. It’s a partnership about connection, self-expression and proving that there’s more than one way to take the lead.”
For Pulling, the appeal was showing fans something other than lap times.
“In motorsport, we’re so focused on performance that fans rarely get to see who we are once the helmet comes off,” she said. “Partnering with Tinder for this series was a brilliant opportunity to share a different side of myself and show what life looks like beyond the track.
“Chatting through dating, life on the road, and everything in between while taking on high-speed corners was definitely a first for me, but such a fun experience and I can’t wait for everyone to see.”
