Vauxhall has unveiled a new entry-level model for its compact Mokka SUV.
Called the Vauxhall Mokka Yes, the new model replaces the previous Griffin specification and brings visual and specification upgrades to the range’s starting point.
Prices for the Mokka Yes start at £26,545 for the pure petrol model, with the fully-electric model priced at £31,005 on the road. That EV price takes into account a £1,500 Electric Car Grant discount.
As standard, the Vauxhall Mokka Yes comes in a vibrant Coral Orange paint finish – first seen on the Corsa Yes. Customers can also choose from four other shades for an additional £650. Buyers can also choose between a body-coloured and a black roof, and all models come with 18-inch alloy wheels as standard.
Tying in with the optional black roof, the Mokka Yes comes with gloss black side mouldings, a black front skid plate, and black badges all round.
Inside, the Coral Orange theme continues with door stitching, dashboard detailing, and seat accents in the same shade.
Building on the previous Griffin specification, the Mokka Yes now comes as standard with front and rear parking sensors, a 180-degree reversing camera, blind spot detection, ambient lighting, and keyless entry and start.
Heated seats and steering wheel, climate control and a 10-inch infotainment system with wireless smartphone mirroring are all carried over from the old model.
Electric versions of the Mokka Yes also come with a heat pump as standard. The Mokka EV uses a 154bhp front-mounted motor paired with a 51kWh battery. Vauxhall says this will return up to 250 miles of range and charge at up to 100kW.
The Mokka Yes edition is the newest variant of the Mokka family and sits at the opposite end of the range to the new Mokka GSE, which is priced from £35,000 and packs a 276bhp motor and bespoke chassis tune to deliver hot hatch performance.
