Vauxhall has confirmed that pricing for its all-electric Vauxhall Corsa GSE will start from £32,995 when order books open in September 2026.
This is the on-the-road (OTR) price after the UK Government’s £1,500 Electric Car Grant (ECG) is applied. Otherwise, pricing for Vauxhall’s all-electric successor to the much-loved Nova GSE, Astra GSi, and Corsa GSi starts from £34,495.
The Corsa is the second car following the Mokka crossover to wear Vauxhall’s new performance-focused GSE – or ‘Grand Sport Electric’ – badge.
With 276bhp and a 0-62mph time of just 5.5 seconds, the GSE is the most powerful Corsa in the model’s 33-year UK history. It’s underpinned by parent company Stellantis’s e-CMP (Common Modular Platform) running gear, which is shared with the Mokka GSE, the Abarth 600e, the Alfa Romeo Junior Veloce, and the upcoming Peugeot E-208 GTi.

Externally, the Corsa GSE comes with a more aggressive body kit than the standard car, featuring front and rear splitters, plus a wider track and a contrasting black rear spoiler. The high-gloss, three-spoke 18-inch black diamond-cut alloys are a nod to its 1980s predecessors.
Under the skin, Vauxhall has made several key changes to the Corsa. It uses the same, highly regarded front-mounted Torsen limited-slip differential (LSD) from Stellantis’s other hot hatches, while its chassis was developed around the Nürburgring.
The Vauxhall’s ride height has also been lowered, the track widened, and a new anti-roll bar fitted to improve body control. Up front, Alcon four-piston front callipers are finished in GSE yellow, while the beefy 355mm front brake discs provide more stopping power. GSE logos are also added to the flanks.

The standard-fit contrasting black roof can be body-colour coded at no extra cost, and Vauxhall offers a choice of five body colours. Beyond Carbon Black, Voltaic Blue, Contour White, Crystal Silver, and Graphic Grey are each available as a £650 option.
Inside, the retro nods continue. The seats are finished in a tartan pattern harking back to the Nova GSE, while the seatbelts are finished in GSE yellow. In the centre of the dash sits a 10-inch infotainment screen compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The unit also has a readout displaying G-forces, acceleration, a lap timer, plus battery information. Around the cabin are a smattering of GSE logos.
The Corsa GSE’s battery is a 51kwh unit capable of up to 232 miles on a single charge when specced with the optional Hankook Ventus S1 evo3 tyres. Otherwise, its maximum range is 220 miles with the standard Michelin Pilot 4S rubber. Its fast charging speed maxes out at 100kW, promising a 0%-80% charge time of 30 minutes.

When deliveries are made by the end of the year, the Corsa GSE will be the most affordable of the Vauxhall/Peugeot/Abarth/Alfa Romeo quartet.
When it launches later in 2026, the E-208 GTi will be priced from £33,495 with the ECG applied, while the Mokka starts at £35,320 with the same discount. The 600e has a £37,820 price tag, while the Junior Veloce is priced at almost £43,000.
