Peugeot E-3008 crossover gets £10,000 discount
Peugeot has slashed the price of its all-electric E-3008 crossover by almost £10,000, following a price adjustment across its entire range.
The single-motor E-3008 with the 73kWh battery and 207bhp is now priced at £36,995, marking a £9,065 reduction from its previous £46,060.
This means it now comes under the £37,000 threshold for the UK Government’s Electric Car Grant (ECG), allowing for a further £1,500 discount, bringing the price down to £35,495.
Peugeot’s mega-value, seven-seat E-5008 has also undergone a similarly large discount. An £8,000 discount on the same 73kWh model means it now starts at £40,595.
Moreover, these price cuts mean that more Peugeot models now fall under the £50,000 Expensive Car Supplement, which adds £440 to the annual road tax bill in years two to six. The discounts allow for a further saving of £2,200 over a six-year period.

Nicola Dobson, the managing director of Peugeot UK, said: “These changes strengthen Peugeot’s position in the mainstream market by making our range more accessible than ever to both retail and fleet customers.
“We’re broadening our appeal while continuing to offer the sophisticated design, high-quality interiors, engaging driving experience and innovative technology for which we are known.
“The revised pricing supports our retail growth and enhances our competitiveness for company car drivers and fleet operators alike.”
Peugeot offers the widest line-up of mainstream EVs in Europe, with a total of nine models; seven of which qualify for the ECG. Each is covered by an eight-year, 100,00-mile warranty, along with the same period of battery cover.
As well as the E-3008 and E-5008, the Stellantis-owned French brand’s other electric-only road car range includes the E-208, and the recently revised E-408 and E-308. An E-208 GTi will also join the fold later this year.
Each Peugeot EV comes with a Free2Move Charge Pass, allowing owners access to over 700,000 public charge points across the UK and Europe.
