Everything Electric London ticket prices slashed

The organisers of the Everything Electric London show are cutting ticket prices in the face of the cost-of-living crisis.

The team behind the event, where EV Powered will be exhibiting, say that they want to make it even more accessible to people interested in electric vehicle and home technology, despite pressure on household finances.

As a result, a single day ticket has been cut from £30 to £19.50 and free access has been extended from attendees aged 15 and under to those aged 25 or less. Organisers are also extending the offer to the Everything Electric North event in Harrogate in May.

William Tope, CEO of the Fully Charged Show, said: “As a small, independent start-up we pride ourselves on making pioneering decisions, and given the economic conditions this feels like the right thing to do.

“We want to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy and transport, and as such the more people that can participate the better. The cost-saving and energy-saving opportunities on show are attractive; and after all, why should these opportunities be restricted to the affluent and older generations of society?

“We would reduce ticket costs further, but there are of course many costs we have to bear, and the correlation between very low cost tickets and non-attendance is clearly evidenced. However, we hope in some small measure this will enable more people to attend.”

While entry costs have been reduced, the show still promises to be the biggest EV-focused event of the year. This year’s event will see 50 live sessions including talks from experts in the EV and home energy sectors, the Energy Advice Zone, Zero Carbon Kitchen, and a Kids Zone with activities for EV fans of all ages. There will also be the opportunities for visitors to test drive a wide selection of EVs.

And EV Powered will be there, inviting visitors to take part in the EV Powered buzzer challenge and pick up a free copy of our Turning Electric magazine, so come along and say hello.
