In comparison, most conventional automobiles have a range of around 300 miles on a full tank of petrol, and there will be far more gas stations than charging stations along the route.

Unfortunately, there are still areas where these stations are in little supply, making the decision to use them less than ideal. In addition, the vehicles have a long charging time, which might be an inconvenience if you need to use one in a hurry but haven’t charged it in advance. Automotive manufacturers are working to solve these problems so that EVs are a more appealing option.

Limited Driving Range

Since there aren’t too many options to power up your EV when you’re away from home, people who travel long-distance regularly are in jeopardy. What if the charge runs out, and they’re stranded in the middle of nowhere with no access to a charging station?
